The Advisor, Specialty FP&A position is an individual contributor role with primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading Fortune 7 company. This role is within our Specialty Pharmacy Finance group and will play an instrumental role in the success of our team as we help people on their path to better health.

You must be able to work individually with moderate level of guidance, and as part of a collaborative team working across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following

· Professional experience working within a fast paced, dynamic work environment
· Self-starter, goal- oriented, ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
· Good research and analytical skills
· Great customer service skills (internal and external partners)
· Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel, with experience using functions such as; PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, Macros, etc.

Key Activities

· Act as the key finance liaison to the Specialty / Infusion Revenue Cycle management team
· Execute expense budgeting / forecasting and monthly close analytics on $100M / 1,000+ FTE organization
· Work proactively with the business team to identify opportunities for expense reduction / productivity improvements
· Build and maintain production-based staffing models that support expense targets
· Own budget / forecast models for bad debt and collections rates; complete monthly close and ad-hoc analysis focusing

Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience within an accounting or finance department/environment
· Experience in Microsoft Excel-based modeling

Preferred Qualifications
· PBM and/or Healthcare experience is a plus
· Intermediate to expert level in MS Access is preferred
· Knowledge of SAP, BPC, AO and other CVS Caremark specific applications is preferred

· Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field is required
