About you

About the position
We're looking for a designer who'seager to bring creative graphic solutions to this fast-paced environment.


TheGraphic Designer will work with our highly collaborative marketing team to designprint and multimedia communications across a wide range of applications.Applicants should demonstrate experience designing materials includingbrochures, design portfolios, tradeshow materials, presentations, proposalgraphics, infographics, architectural graphics, and above all, editoriallayouts and social media. Beyond the requiredtechnical design skills, applications are expected to ensure quality controlthrough approval of proofs, strong communication skills, press checks andtesting. There is also opportunity to travel to other HDR offices to workwith project teams.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or combination of education and relevant experience 

1-3 years of professional graphic design experience preferably producing print and multimedia/interactive communications using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint

Experience in AfterEffects and in front-end HTML and CSS is a plus

Social Media experience is also a plus

Ability to perform effectively under constant production deadlines

An understanding of branding/brand development, communications and research

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
